★ Greek Momo | Peach Yogurt Dessert

Woohoo got some really fresh and sweet peaches and decided to put together this dessert/breakfast meal. I had some caramelized hazelnut granola in my pantry so it was just great too!

Try this simple cafe style dessert at home! It is refreshing, delicious and healthy! You can use normal or greek yogurt for this and I was thinking even vanilla ice cream would taste great too but of course, this is a healthier version:

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Fresh peach

Yogurt

Granola

Maple syrup

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀:

1. Remove skin of the peach using a fruit skin peeler and then using a small knife to cut around the core to remove the pit of the peach to create a "pocket".

2. Fill the "pocket" with yogurt of your choice and put it in the freezer if you like it frozen or to chill faster.

3. After chilling or freezing the filled peach, place it with the opening faced down on a plate of granola of your choice. I had some caramelized hazelnut granola in my pantry so it was just great!

4. Lastly, drizzle on maple syrup or honey and voila. Slice it up and enjoy! 🥄

⭐️Squeeze some lemon juice over the peach after removing the skin to prevent from browning if needed which I skipped since I had it soon after preparing it!
