★ Kimchi Pancakes

Have you ever read the ingredients label of a packet of frozen #kimchi #pancakes? Well, that's what I did and when I saw "pancake mix" as one of the ingredients, I know I just had to try whatever I was thinking of.

Came the day when I had some leftover pancake batter. After adding some basic ingredients to mix into the batter, the end result was surprisingly tasty! ^ ^
