Some saw a single rainbow while others saw double rainbows during the last day of circuit breaker here in #Singapore during the evening on June 1st. Sharing my version of a rainbow fruits platter that I did just prior to that which could be a #fun #simple activity for those still at home with kids during post circuit breaker and might think of trying it too!
Basically all you need is to put together #fruits of your choice in #rainbow colours to form the 🌈arc. You may consider using fruits like grapes, avocado, mango, pineapple, papaya and raspberries etc. I used blueberry, kiwi, corn, orange, and strawberry. To create the clouds, you can simply use white or blue marshmallows to decorate both ends of the arc.
However, what I did was to beat up some egg whites and baked them on a baking tray at 200°C for about 5 minutes until they turned brown. The end result would look like little white fluffy #clouds when you turn the baked egg whites upside down as seen below. Last but not least, have fun and enjoy the "fruits of your labour"!
