★ Onsen Egg Under 10 Minutes


Boil water enough to cover egg

Until full boil and bubbling

Turn off the cooker

Add in an egg just taken out from the fridge


Set timer for 5.5 minutes

After 5.5 minutes

Remove egg or just pour away water

Let the egg cool or use iced water if want to

Cracking the egg in the background…Tada!

Add sauce to your liking

Or simply add on to your dish
